Business Development Manager was my position in BSA Land, Serpong Tangerang, Banten since January 01^st 2012 to june 2012. My primary jobs with my team are to develop, problem solve, planning and design. But as part of this department, my job have a wider responsibilities. Coordination with another department as marketing, promotion, human resourche, finance, etc, is needed to make a goal for some project. 

Project Manager for two projects, Royal Spring Real Estate at Makassar untill September, and Pasar Segar & Dermaga Culinary Paradise at Batam. For my last carrier at BSA Land when it was done in March 5^th 2013.

A. COMMERCIAL / MIX USED BUILDING

1. Pasar Segar & Autopart, Cinere, South Jakarta

Main Entrance

I was ordered to involve in the project at nearly finish of developing and building. But in many chases of Pasar Segar projects have a conceptual and detail design problem that made activities cannot running as well.

Because of those, I was ordered to made arrangements of the detail design such as restudy and redesign of signages, replanning of some detail, and also made a new design for comfortability of activities inner and outer building in every aspect.

In other hand, I made some coordinations between all department involved in this project, such as marketing, estate, human resources, finance, promotion, and other departments, to restudy and to optimation of the project to be running as well as we ecpected.

2. Pasar Segar Citra, Cengkareng, West Tangerang

Main Entrance

In this project I had the same order with project of Pasar Segar Cinere. The difference is the this building and management inside running already for several times. They need some "freshener" in all aspects. From the building it self, we make some arrangements to made better comfort, but I have not enough time to give advise and rearrangement for management also marketing, because I was ordered to go to another projects outer Java Island. The exact place was the Royang Spring Sombaupo, Makassar. 

3. Pasar Segar & Culinarry Paradise, Sukajadi, Batam

Progress of Bulding

Problems and delayed of schedule are forcing head office management in Jakarta to make some arrange to local management. Keep strickly of quality and prosedure of safety, and also manage a local contractor to keep in order is a difficult one to do, because this contractor also a custumer for some building, and majority of the building sold out because "hand" of him. Such a local fluency person. If we make a mistake of managing this contractor, the future of running well of Pasar Segar Sukajadi will be difficult to reach.

I was ordered to solve that problems.

With made many of approaced and agreements and also made some strategic movements during building progress, we can reduce the delay and keep S.O.P in order, also keeping a good relationship betwen two company (mine & local "influence" contractor).

Graha Padma Internusa

Planning Manager was my position in Graha Padma Internusa, Semarang, Central Java since February 01^st 2010 untill Agustus 01 ^st 2011. 

With about 120 Ha large site of developt area, and just have done for about 40Ha in that time, we still have alot of work to be done.

Under of the Djarum audit, Graha Padma to be one of the finest local developer in Central Java. The management arranged so completly person and fungtions. Right now as I hear, the management of persons already more compacted and more efficien. One of my favorite person in that company is Mr. Hendra as a finace & hr director but have far and beyond visions, having knowledge for tecnical detail and wise polecies. Great man.

Planning Supervisor was my position in Cowell Development, tbk, Jakarta, since June, 01^st 2008 until February 01^st 2010. Supervice and design for planning department within all Serpong-Tangerang projects region. 

My main projects of Serpong area are Villa Melatimas Residence, Serpong Park, Serpong Terrace, Bukit Serpong Mas. I was the only architect in those projects. Fortunetly I have a great office partners to complete goals for every projects we have faced.

For special projects, custom planning and design for housing at Menteng and developing Cinere Cluster, also been worked.

Custom Projects

I am doing for a kind of jobs, design and build, and also doing for 3D CAD , rendering, and artist impression. After office hour to do that jobs if being working at some company.

Jobs from clients to do custom design often make me feel exiting, because I can explore my "wild" immaginations of art and also "running out" from daily routinyties. Also have more good relationship with clients.

Poerina Design

Junior Architect of Poerina Design Architecture Consultant, Serpong was my job position from June, 07^th 2001 until February, 29^th 2008. Planning and design of  housing, public facilities, and limited drawing were my common jobs. Joined to The Institute of Architect Indonesia (IAI) since July, 18^th 2007.

In this consultant, together with 7 members of team including the principal architect (Poerwito) share a job to reach the projects goals.

Poerwito as principal architect is a brilliant man, many of projects are come from Duta Pertiwi Group and can be told as "commercial housing trend setter" in that time...awesome.
